I am a freelance writer and editor who specializes in blogs and content writing, with a focus on nonfiction. I have written for a variety of industries, including home improvement, backyard recreation, health and wellness, and agriculture and rural living. I have also worked in the book publishing industry.

Along with being a writer, I'm a stay-at-home mom adjusting from full-time work and slowly accepting that my writing desk is now a diaper-changing table. I am a mom to a beautiful baby girl who loves books and stuffed animals, and am blessed with a wonderful, supportive husband. We live in a rural area in the Sierra Nevada foothills, transforming a fixer-upper into our dream mountain cabin home.
